Thanks for purchasing our products at Spectrum Lab.
For any item to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the item you have purchased to us within 7 calendar days of the purchase. The item must be unopened and in its original condition. We can not refund shipping costs, and you will be eligible for returning the items at your own expense.
We do not offer returns for the Quick Clear beverage products designed for general wellness purposes. as they are a foodstuff and have been out with of our control once sold.

We deliver to the UK using the Royal Mail & DPD, all orders are tracked and require a signature.
Our shopping cart and carriage estimator will calculate the exact carriage charge applicable by weight and destination before placing an order. Below is a guide to carriage costs and services offered.
Orders will only be shipped to the shipping address as per order, should the customer subsequently request their order (DPD or Royal Mail) is left in a safe place, with a neighbour etc any loss shall be the customers responsibility

All deliveries must be received in person at the delivery address, and a signature must be provided. For UK orders, if delivery is attempted but unsuccessful,l a ‘While you were out card will be left detailing how re-delivery can be arranged or collected in person at your local Royal Mail Sorting Office upon production of the card left by Royal Mail (full instructions are on the card)
